My air stopped working late last night. Called this afternoon, was offered a time this evening. Weirdly, my air turned back on about 10 minutes before the appointment. I called and cxld the appointment, but fortunately he didn’t get the message. When he got here he offered to just take a look FREE OF CHARGE! Good thing, because the air then turned off on its own again. He was able to diagnose the problem within a few minutes, took care of the problem. During his visit he offered info on how to maintain to prevent same thing happening again. Very nice gentleman (Tony). Highly recommend. Will definitely use them again (and will ask for Tony)!
Today we visited because the AC unit was dripping water. Upon arrival the home was warmer than the set temperature and the unit was frozen. The inside coil was completely frozen and the refrigerant line all the way to the outside unit. We learned the unit is from 2002 and uses R-22 Freon which is now phased out. The primary issue today is a failed control relay in the outside unit. The relay failed in the ON position which causes the outside unit to run continuously even when the inside cycles off. To get the unit operating the system needs a new control relay and refrigerant. James was not able to get authorization for the repair because the owner is currently on a flight. He was texting her and can see the messages being delivered, but was not able to make contact.
Customer had me out to work on his air handler, the motor kept seizing, so he needs a replacement motor.
Gave a quote for new ductwork, new vents in registers Remi halo, a new coffin box for the air handler a pullin clean for the coil
Customer had a clogged drain line that was causing it to back up and leak out of its check spout. Unclog the drain line took some readings off of the iManifold to check. Freon levels. Freon is a little low, but homeowner was not here to make a call on any estimates. I’ll touch base with customer about possible work

Customers drain pipe is leaking, re-adhered the drain piping so leaks wanna car anymore

Found secondary pan float switch and operable installed new float switch at back of secondary pan so it will not get hit with the vacuum cleaners when adding to the closet recommended the customer sign up for the 1195 maintenance for discounts and will waive the 175 maintenance since their install is within two years
I changed out the transfer switch box looks like it was burnt out, so we switched it with a pull out
Yearly maintenance for AC unit
Could not find parking because of the Grand Prix have to reschedule. My van is too big no parking closest parking was four blocks away.
Customers lights are still working, but almost gone. She is getting a second opinion because of the pricing now.
